Here is a quite unusual Remington. It is a purportedly factory-built top single 3200.
It certainly appears to have been done at the factory as there is no barrel hanger at
the muzzle and the overall quality looks to be original. The adjustable stock is not
original, nor is the color-case hardening. The gun also has a hardened breechface
insert for the top firing pin, as well as hardened and replaceable locking shoulders.
It also has a 4 oz. mercury recoil reducer in blank bottom chamber.

This is a one-of-a-kind custom Remington 3200. It features very well executed
engraving in the form of scrollwork with a gold inlaid shield and gold inlaid barrel
selector markings and platinum inlaid dragons ( or Phoenixes ). The engraving is
signed "Novak" next to the trigger. It is stocked in a beautiful piece of black walnut
with oil finish and adjustable buttplate with Pachmayr D550 recoil pad. All
metalwork is finished in a fine rust-blue. Overall, a beautifully executed custom
shotgun.

on the right tube. A very elegant and well made double tailor-made for upland
shooting.
